Often times I am asked why I do what I do and how is it done so effortlessly?

Nothing I do is without effort, trial and error. But I keep getting back up because I know that this is not just a career choice - it's a calling and I am driven by God's plan. My why, when I could easily sit down, are my three heart beats, my children, who watch and critique every move and decision I make . I work a little harder and a little longer so one day they won't have to.

By 2010, I was 28 years old, a single mom, divorced, dumped (AGAIN) and devastated. I went through the biggest upsets of my life, including losing my grandmother to bladder cancer and in the process, I lost myself. I lost my identity, my self-esteem and drive. BUT GOD!!! I didn't know then, but I now realize what I thought was the end was actually the beginning... I just had to get up. The healing hurt. I was stretched and reconstructed into a person I no longer recognized but was excited to get to know.

I don't claim to know everything about anything, but what I do know is I have endured test after test, and my testimony has changed lives. What a blessing to be called to withstand the storm and live to tell about it.

My super power is my ability to bounce back and to look nothing like what I've been through...

Relationship Consulting

I use transformative and empowering techniques to assist ​individuals and couples on their journey to their best selves. As ​a certified relationship and empowerment consultant, I will ​assist you in getting out of your own way, while providing you ​with life long tools and a better understanding of self.

Individual Consultations

My goal is to help you see you during our time together. I assist women in finding their voice, igniting their passion and purpose and simply falling in love with themselves again. My mission is to give you all the necessary tools to heal and become whole, find peace, live authentically and unapologetically.

Couple Consultations

Couples receiving ongoing consultations differs ​from counseling by focusing on the current ​situation and taking the steps to move forward. ​Consulting is solution driven as each couple is ​unique and filled with peak and valley ​experiences. Our mission to apply effective ​communication, spark passion and nurture ​growth.

Pre Marital consultations or mediation is highly ​recommended before walking down the aisle. I assist ​couples move from where they are to where they want ​to be and recognize that each marriage is different. I ​am not going to tell you how your marriage should ​work, but I will help you figure out what will work best ​for you as a couple.

Broken Love Language

As a life coach specializing in relationships, I can't ​stress the importance of knowing the difference in ​Couples Consultations and Couples Therapy. Couples ​consultations focus more on the couple's current and ​future potential and less on possible traumatic ​experiences that each person has faced individually in ​the past. We will focus on bridging the gap of ​communication, trust and commitment and intimacy. I ​will assist you in identifying obstacles and problematic ​behaviors in order to create customized solutions that ​benefit both partners.

An interactive experience filled with healing and hope. During our time together, we will focus on the hurt and pain you've endured, acknowledge the brokenness and provide tools to help them feel completely whole, including breathing techniques for anxiety. This workshop will focus on the mind, body and soul because although only one part of you is broken the whole person is affected.

We provide unfiltered dialogue in a safe place to yell, scream, cry and smile again.

Mica has been a certified life coach specializing in empowerment and relationships since 2009. She also has a BA in Sociology and a minor in Women and Gender Studies and certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Personal Development. She worked as a social worker for 14 years before transitioning to educational coaching and development.

• We do use a standard pricing guide for all services and provide to you for reference, if you choose to continue after the ​consultation. However, all services rendered are subject to change in price. Quotes for private sessions, speaking ​engagements and customized workshops are determined by amount of pre -event labor and supplies, activity, menu, ​number of participants, travel (if applicable)

Price Guide and Cancellation Policy

Workshop Facilitator (only): $100/hr

Workshop Creative: Starts at $25

Relationship Consulting (Individual): $75/hour

Mistress of Ceremonies/Hosting: $75- $100/hr

Motivational Speaker: $150/per hour

Relationship Consulting (group): $150/hour

A non refundable deposit of $25 is due at the signing of all contracts for all services, with the exception of table and chair ​rentals. The total amount specified in the invoice is due on the day services are completed and rendered. For multiple day ​workshops payment can be split between the number of days service is rendered. Failure to remit payment within this period ​may result in cancellation.

Refund Policy: All payments made for services rendered are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, but we do offer transfer ​of date and service.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel services specified in the invoice, you have the option to transfer the ​payment to a different service of equal or lesser value. Transfer request must be made within three (3) days of event date and ​the new date must be within 60 days of original event date. Transfer must be submitted and approved in writing. Requesting a ​service of lessor value will nit result in a refund of the remaining balance.

Payment Disputes: If you believe there is an error or discrepancy in the invoiced amount, please contact us within three (3) days ​of receiving the invoice. We will review the matter and make the necessary adjustments if required.

Late Payment: If for some reason payment is not received in full at the time of the requested service a fee of $75 will be applied ​to your balance.
